Terms & Condition

  1. In case the customer wants to come and buy the product personally direct from eTradus, he/she have to follow the procedure of ordering online and even shipping charges is included in personal pick up. If the customer doesn’t want to pay the shipping charges they can pay by Cash. Card is not accepted.
  2. If customer receives damaged or defective material the warranty is directly by manufacturer. eTradus / Kanani Computers is not responsible for such reason.
  3. In case customers material is miss-placed by courier company and customer didn’t receive within 30 days, eTradus will process for Refund.
  4. In case of Digital key (Activation key Via Email, SMS, Whatapp) once it will delivered to you then it can not be refunded or return.
  5. Digital key delivered with in 24 hours and maximum it will be delivered with in 0-10 Working days.cancellation with in Working 10 days leads to 10% Deduction on the total amount.
