General
- You can cancel your order until it has been shipped. And the full amount will be refunded. It will take at least 5 to 7 working days for the amount to be credited to your account. And the payment will be refunded in the same mode as the payment was made.
- For refund, you can contact us via email (sales@etrades.in), WhatsApp number (+91 9727161561), and chat support team.
- If you receive an item with an open box, or in a completely damaged condition, do not accept it upon delivery. Return it on the spot. Or if it has been tampered with.
- It is mandatory to take a video of the unboxing of the order after it is delivered to you. Which will be an important basis for the refund.
- Any product purchased from the website can be returned to the company only if it is actually damaged and the product received is different from the product ordered. The product provided by the website must be in a sealed pack.
- If the product is eligible for refund, then a full refund will be given. Along with all courier charges. The final decision for refund will be decided after checking the product after we receive it back.
- Returns are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order. A claim for return can be made within 4 days. After that, it will not be valid.
- The request for return must be given through the above email, WhatsApp, and chat team. And if the return request is approved, the product will be picked up by the courier company within 3 to 4 working days. And if for any reason the courier company cannot pick up the return, then in such a situation, the customer will have to courier it. And those courier costs will be settled as per the final decision of the claim.
- The product can be returned for any reason other than the conditions for return, but the cost incurred to send the product as well as all the courier costs for sending the return will have to be paid by the customer. Apart from that, the order cancellation charge will be deducted at 5% of the final amount of the order. The product should be returned in its original condition. After the product is received, the refund amount will be decided after checking it.
- The refund amount will be made within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the product back. The refund will be made through the same mode of payment used.
- If for any reason we are unable to send the product to you within 25 to 30 working days, then the full amount of such order will be refunded.
- If the refund is not received within 15 days after the refund is approved, you can contact us.
Software Products
- Once a digital activation key (delivered via email, SMS, or WhatsApp) has been issued, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable and non-returnable.
Baby Food & Formula Liquid Products
- Some of the products in Baby Formula are in liquid form which are imported as per the customer’s requirement and are not eligible for refund or return. If it takes longer than our given time frame, it is eligible for refund. (Minimum 25 Business Days Import and Delivery Time Required).
10Refund Procedure
Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card = 7 to 10 Days
We will process the refund after receipt of the product.
Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next 7 to 10 days in Credit Card/ Bank statement.
Refund draft will be issued on the billing name as advised by customers.
